CyprusEmall has a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with the original tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return shipping label will unfortunately not be accepted. Please note that return fees will be beared by the customer unless the product is faulty. Product Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct any possible errors.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, some products, for example, but not limited to, lingerie, earrings, pillows and bedsheets, cannot be accepted for return unless they are proven to be faulty.
Additionally, other items which we are unable to accept under our returns policy are perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products, (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We are also unable to accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us directly if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item(s).
The most efficient and fastest way to ensure you get what you require is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account, this is unfortunately out of our direct control. Please note items purchased during a sale are not eligible for refunds.
Damaged or faulty goods
The consumer has the right to reject the goods and withdraw from the contract or request their immediate replacement in the event that the goods show a serious lack of conformity which becomes apparent within 30 days from the date of their delivery.
Repair or replacement shall be carried out: Free of charge, within a reasonable time, not to exceed twenty-five (25) days from the time the seller is informed of the lack of conformity. Extension of this time only with the express consent of the consumer.
ATTENTION: The warranty right does not apply if the damage is due to your own fault.
